Payment: An advance payment of 30% of the price is required for the reservation of one (or more) places in a tour. The advance is fully refundable (minus transfer costs) if the reservation is cancelled at least two months before the starting date of the tour. If cancellation occurs less than two months prior to the beginning of the tour, the advance payment is held by Authentic Tours and no refund is possible.
The rest of the payment can be done at any time before the start of the tour, either by bank transfer or, at the latest, cash upon arrival in Bucharest, Romania. If there are any uncertainties regarding the best method of payment, please contact us in advance!
All reservations are considered valid after availability is confirmed by Authentic Tours and the advance payment is received.
If you have any special requirements regarding transportation, meals, accommodation, medical issues or other situations that need additional attention, please let us know when you make the reservation and wait for our confirmation.
The group size is limited to 12 adults or 15 persons (including children/infants), to keep it fun and cosy.
Force majeure
In the case of unforeseen events, natural phenomena, government actions or any other situation that could not be predicted and affects the timing or itinerary of a tour, Authentic Tours Romania is not liable for the modification of schedule. Authentic Tours Romania will do its best to recover lost time due to said events, reach as many landmarks included in the tour as possible and/or replace the unavailable ones with others.
